The Omega Medium is the everyday balance, a welcoming plush top to sink into with targeted support underneath so your spine stays aligned through the night. It is built on a five zone pocket spring core that firms up where you need it and softens where you do not, encased by EdgeGuard foam so the surface stays usable right out to the perimeter. The feel is a true medium that suits most sleeping positions, and because each spring is wrapped to move on its own, one person turning over is less likely to wake the other. The Omega Medium is approximately 30 cm thick, designed in New Zealand by the Dreamland team and comes in Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King and Super King.
- 5 zone pocket springs for tailored support to head, shoulders, lower back, hips and legs
- EdgeGuard foam encasement to increase the sleeping area and improve edge stability
- Medium feel that balances cushioning with deep support for most sleeping positions
- Individually wrapped springs for motion isolation that limits partner disturbance
- Breathable construction through the spring core and quilted top to keep the surface fresh

Good to know
Is the Omega Medium firm or soft?
The Omega Medium is a medium feel mattress, sitting in the middle of the firmness range so it suits most sleeping positions. The plush top cushions pressure at the shoulders and hips, while the five zone pocket spring core keeps your spine aligned.
What is the difference between the Omega Medium and the Omega Plush?
The Omega Medium is a true medium feel, while the Omega Plush has a deeper, softer cushioned top for a dreamier surface. Both share the same five zone pocket spring core and EdgeGuard foam encasement, so the choice comes down to how soft you like your top layer.
What sizes does the Omega Medium come in?
The Omega Medium comes in Single (91 cm wide x 188 cm long), King Single (107 cm wide x 203 cm long), Double (137 cm wide x 188 cm long), Queen (153 cm wide x 203 cm long), King (167 cm wide x 203 cm long) and Super King (183 cm wide x 203 cm long), all to standard New Zealand mattress sizes. Each one is approximately 30 cm thick.
How do I look after the Omega Medium?
Rotate the mattress end to end every two weeks for the first three months, then every three months after that, and use a quality mattress protector to keep it clean and dry. Airing it without bedding for a few hours occasionally helps moisture escape, which is worth doing through New Zealand humidity. Full guidance is on our Care Instructions page.
Is the Omega Medium designed in New Zealand?
The Omega Medium is designed in New Zealand by the Dreamland team. Dreamland designs its mattresses locally, while its frames, furniture and pillows are sourced from trusted makers and sized and finished for New Zealand homes.
